Agent Support Desk provides real estate marketing and administrative support services, including but not limited to:
Listing management and optimisation
Social media marketing
Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) support (internal use only)
Lead generation setup
Content creation (including photo and video editing)
Agent Support Desk operates strictly as a support service provider and does not act as a property practitioner.
Agent Support Desk does not:
Conduct property transactions
Negotiate on behalf of clients or agencies
Provide property advice directly to buyers or sellers
Perform any functions requiring registration with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA)
All such responsibilities remain with the appointed, registered property practitioner.
The client (agency or agent) agrees to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Ensure all property and client data supplied is lawful and compliant
Review and approve all marketing materials before publication
Remain responsible for all final decisions, pricing, and client engagement
All information shared with Agent Support Desk, including but not limited to:
Client data
Property listings
Pricing and strategy
Internal systems
will be treated as strictly confidential.
Information will only be used for the purpose of delivering agreed services and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.
Agent Support Desk processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
We take reasonable steps to:
Protect personal information from unauthorized access
Ensure data is used only for its intended purpose
Maintain data security and confidentiality
All data remains the property of the client.
Access to client data is limited to what is necessary to perform services
Data will not be stored longer than required
Upon request, data can be deleted or returned to the client
Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to commencement of services
Invoices must be paid within the agreed timeframe
Late payments may result in suspension of services
Agent Support Desk shall not be held liable for:
Errors in information provided by the client
Loss of business, revenue, or opportunities
Platform issues (e.g. Property24, social media platforms)
Outcomes of marketing performance or lead generation
While all reasonable efforts are made to deliver services promptly, timelines may vary depending on:
Client responsiveness
Volume of work
Platform availability
Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice.
Upon termination:
All outstanding payments remain due
Access to services will be discontinued
Client data will be returned or removed upon request
Agent Support Desk reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on the website.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
